"I really wanted to hate this going in. Thought it was stupid, waste of time, etc. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Jon and Tanner really did a great job showing the value of this information. They never pushed us to participate in discussion or put us in an uncomfortable position. They engaged us and made every situation relatable to all of us. We never had to think “how will this topic translate to the job site” or anything like that. They were knowledgeable enough about all of our daily work environments to make it personal for everyone, despite having a diverse crowd."
