Your employees spend about 50% of their waking hours working for you.

Studies show that the most productive work environments have happy and well-adjusted employees. But having a happy, productive environment doesn’t just happen. It takes several parts working together to create the desired outcome.

Our proven process will help leaders and employees create a work environment that lasts and extends beyond the job and into families.

Our Process

Long-term sustainable success is driven by four factors:

1. Establishing high behavior and performance expectations

2. Hiring the right people who align with those expectations

3. Robust training of leaders and employees on these expectations and what it looks like in daily practice

4. Measuring if expectations are being “lived” by everyone and measuring overall culture change

We also believe that key elements of the work environment must be measured to ensure success. This includes a simple employee upward feedback survey, which allows your people to anonymously rate individual leader effectiveness, and a robust but simple evaluation process for all employees. It also includes an employee satisfaction survey, which shows you the overall satisfaction of employees and areas of your business that may need improvement.

When this process is fully implemented, our clients see significant improvement in employee performance and work environment, which positively impacts the bottom line and the lives of your people.

Jon Harrison developed The VIP Way during his time at Caterpillar where he saw first-hand how disengaged employees not only affect the bottom line of a business, they also experience having a lack of purpose, physical and emotional health issues, and negative relationships with family and friends.

He found that success goes well beyond just improving the bottom line of an organization; it also focuses on improving both the work and home lives of the people in the organization.
