Melissa Dunn

Melissa serves as our Client Services Director. Prior to joining our team, Melissa held various leadership positions in the human resources field for 25 years. She has served these roles in the IT, oil and gas and electrical utility industries. Melissa has a passion for servant leadership and understands the coaching and investment required to lead others effectively. She has a strong appreciation for engaged sustainable cultures that are established by a values-based employee selection process and cultivated through employee development in these values. Melissa holds a BBA degree, with emphasis in human resource management from the University of Central Arkansas.
